Freshies Lobster Co. has been in business for the past 9 years operating here in Park City, UT. We provide  a quality product that is harvested by sustainable practices in the great state of Maine. 

         Ben Smaha grew up in Cape Elizabeth, ME surrounded by lobster boats and friends who were in the industry. He decided to obtain a license and teach this way of life to local youth.  Taking kids out baiting, trapping and harvesting. Students were rewarded at the end of the week with a lobster bake that they worked for.  

         Freshies Lobster Co. Is proud to provide the working waterfront with our business and give back to the great state of Maine and a tradition of good fishing practices and a way of life for “Mainers”.

        Lorin Smaha comes from New Hampshire where she enjoyed eating fresh lobster at her leisure. She became a part of Freshies helping Ben in all aspects of the business.  Lorin’s culinary background has taken the business even further offering customers the option of having a catered party with or without lobster.
